Easy Mango Sauce (and Dressing)

A silky smooth whole food plant-based and oil-free sauce and dressing made with fresh mango.  Delicious drizzled over top fresh sushi rolls and garden salads.  Naturally plant-based, vegan, oil-free, and gluten-free.

Looking for a delicious sauce for sushi? Look no further! While you can use it on any sushi roll you choose, but it’s absolutely fantastic on both Mango Rolls and Peanut Avocado Rolls. The colors and flavors are a match made in heaven.

Food heaven.

But this Easy Mango Sauce isn’t just an incredible sauce for sushi.

It also doubles as a flavorful salad dressing. I have enjoyed several salads with this vibrant and light dressing drizzled atop.

My favorite includes a salad base with mesclun greens or spinach, loads of cucumbers, blueberries or raspberries, Violife’s non-dairy feta crumbles, and slivered almonds.

I love that this Easy Mango Sauce is super simple to make and uses minimal ingredients, including a large ripe mango, some agave syrup, rice wine vinegar, and water. That’s it!!

This recipe doesn’t contain no oil, nuts, eggs, fats, artificial sugars, artificial thickeners,

These ingredients are blended in a blender in no time. If you want a thinner dressing, add one or two tablespoons more water, but I think it’s perfect as is.

I hope you enjoy this Easy Mango Sauce as much as I do.
