Easy Mango Sauce
Rachele (Pebbles and Toast)
A silky smooth sauce and dressing made with fresh mango. Delicious drizzled over top fresh sushi rolls and garden salads. Naturally plant-based, vegan, oil-free, and gluten-free.

Ingredients

large ripe Mango

Instructions
Peel and seed the mango. Discard the peel and seed.
Chop mango flesh into chunks, transfer to a blender with remaining ingredients and process until very smooth.
Transfer the sauce to a serving container, cover and, chill until ready to use it.
Drizzle the sauce over sushi rolls or salad. Alternatively, dip sushi rolls in the mango sauce.
