Add all of the ingredients except the saffron threads to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and pourable. You may need to add a little more milk to get it to the desired consistency.
Adjust seasonings to your taste preference.
Pour into glasses or jars and enjoy!

* I use 1 jar of my Creamy Non-dairy Yogurt; it’s about 7 ounces. Most cartons of yogurt are 6-8 ounces.** Start with ¾ cup milk You can also use an immersion blender or food processor.
