Optional garnishes: mint leaves, strawberry, or lime slice/wedge
Instructions
In a high-speed blender, blend the strawberries, lime juice, and sweetener (sugar, agave, or maple syrup) together until smooth. Adjust lime or sweetener to taste. If not using immediately, transfer to an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To make one Strawberry Mojito, mash mint leaves slightly in a glass. Add ice, Strawberry-Lime Syrup, and rum*** (if using). Top off with sparkling water, seltzer water, or club soda, then stir or shake gently.**
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, strawberry, or lime slice/wedge.
Notes
* You can use fresh or frozen strawberries.** If desired, increase the ice to 1½-2 cups and blend in a high-speed blender to make a frozen Strawberry Mojito.*** I use Lyre’s White Cane Spirit non-alcoholic spirits, purchased on Amazon. Link in post above.
