In a small oven-safe dish, combine peaches, coconut sugar, and applesauce.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, applesauce, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Spoon the oat mixture over the peaches.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until the granola topping is golden brown.
Allow to cool at least 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream or coconut whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use fresh or frozen peaches. Either work great in this recipe.Since this a healthy dessert (or breakfast), these are larger servings and could easily accommodate four if you’re serving with nice cream or ice cream.
